All I can say is that my life is pretty plain
I like watchin' the puddles gather rain
And all I can do is just pour some tea for two
and speak my point of view
But it's not sane, It's not sane
I just want some one to say to me
I'll always be there when you wake
Ya know I'd like to keep my cheeks dry today
So stay with me and I'll have it made
And I don't understand why I sleep all day
And I start to complain that there's no rain
And all I can do is read a book to stay awake
And it rips my life away, but it's a great escape
escape......escape......escape......
All I can say is that my life is pretty plain
ya don't like my point of view
ya think I'm insane
Its not sane......it's not sane

Wishes
So far so good - for those who were absent and for us to remember, here are the wishes that we came up with:
All I want for Christmas...
1. an iPod. OMG, they are so beautiful, I adore them. I've already got like two, but I really want to have that new iPod touch, you know 32 GB, it's PERFECT.... (and so on)
2. to get my breasts done. I think that's the only way I can be beautiful - all good and beautiful women have big breasts, why shouldn't I have them done? (etc.)
3. those adorable Dior jeans. My ass just looks so good in them.
4. my driver's licence (this is up to Vlado, as Mike said he's crzy about it :)
5. a new boy/girlfriend. (this is up to Polly, if she is still willing to take this one)
6. a bike. I will never use a car again, will go with my bike anywhere. Global warming is coming, dudes! (and so on)
7. money. Need to hep my parents, so would you please, Santa, give me those money. Otherwise college will be a dream never to come true. (and so on)
8. to go to (place) for example, Africa. I want to be out there, free and without any responsibility, just me and the nature.
9. mom to come back. I miss her so much (etc.)
10. get a tattoo. that way I'd look cooler (or sth else, dunno)
So far so good, come up with 4 more and by Monday I want everybody to know which 2 is s/he doing! Post comments to pick one and to propose a new :)

Solo
This short piece just triggers something in me. I think it is a suitable piece to use later on in performances.
From now on I'll try to focus on waiting you guys to join and on the Christmas concert.

You'll go n I’ll be okay,
I can dream the rest away
Its just a little touch of fate, it will be okay
It sure takes its precious time, but it’s got rights and so have I
I turn my head up to the sky
I focus one thought at a time
I do not let the little thieves under my tightly buttoned sleeves
You couldn’t be alone, the time I feel like I am walking blind
I have no where I’ll have time
There are no legible signs x2
I like the way that you talk,
I like the way that you walk.
It’s hard to recreate such an individual game
You wait you turn in the queue,
You say your sorries and thank you’s
I don’t think you’re ever
A hundred percent in the room
You’re not in the room x2
Deepest, of the dark nights
here lies, the highest of highs
Neopolitan Dreams, stretching out to the sea
You wait you turn in the queue,
You say your sorries and thank yous
I don’t think you’re ever
A hundred percent in the room
You’re not in the room x2
Christmas Concert
The idea that I have of our performance on the Christmas concert is that we have a multimedia performance. That is, we have images projected on the back curtain of the Auditorium and in the same time, we are on stage. Since the topic of the Christmas concert is "All I want for Christmas..." I propose we have each of us making a wish. So each of us says "All I want for Christmas ...". Not a personal wish (I wouldn't force you to disclose your personal wishes in public) but something that we think would make an impression. Wishes revealing different fates and different personalities.
My plan is, on the screen (projected) we have a close-up of the person that we will shoot beforehand. On the little movie, the person is not talking, he is just looking at the camera (presumably the audience). On stage we have the person, not in a spotlight, who is saying outloud his/her wish. This way we can show how sometimes what we want and what we feel is different from what we show people. We can fit in there some stereotypical thinking as well. For example, if one person may be wishing for his father to come back home, another might want a new iPod if you know what I mean :)
The one gap that I can think of is the ending. Should we just have fading lights and exit, or should we have something more dramatic?
